We charge a fixed rate for some of our Home PC and IT support services. Some tasks will be charged at an hourly rate. Our charges are listed underneath for most common services. If you can't find a price here, get in touch and we will be happy to advise.
There will be additional charges for hardware parts or any software supplied. Your PC will need to be dropped off or we can collect or repair onsite for an additional charge of £20 if you live in Havering, East London or certain parts of Essex. In the unlikely event we dont fix your problem, you don't need to pay us.
| Virus removal This includes infection removal and installation of free virus protection software. Also includes a complete re-installation of the operating system if necessary. |

| PC setup New computer setup including user account setup, connection to your Printer and exisisting Broadband, install Anti Virus and windows updates. We can move yor files from an older PC for an additional £20. |

| Wireless and Internet setup Install and configure wireless network. Apply security settings and set up your internet connection. Price does not include the price of your Internet router or Internet subscription. |

| PC Repairs / troubleshooting We charge an hourly rate for repairs and troubleshooting. Due to the nature of problems, it's not possible to give a fixed cost. We charge up to the nearest half hour and a maximum charge of 3 hours. |

| Upgrades We charge an hourly rate for upgrades. The cost of parts and software will be extra. We will take away and dispose of old parts securely at no extra charge. |

| Data Recovery & Backup All files will be recovered to your system and a backup will be copied to a DVD disc for safekeeping. |

| System Clean Includes removal of unwanted programs and unnecessary files. Scan and remove malicious software including spyware, malware and adware. Optimise boot-up speed and perform other general software and operating system maintenance. For an internal Hardware clean, add £25. |
